About this medication
Acular 0.5% is a prescription eye-drop solution containing ketorolac tromethamine, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine. It helps relieve eye itching caused by seasonal allergies and eye inflammation following cataract surgery. The 5 mL bottle contains a sterile solution for use in the eye. Use it only as prescribed; temporary stinging or burning may occur.

How to use
One drop instilled into the eye three times daily starting 24 hours pre-operatively and continuing for up to three weeks post-operatively.
