About this medication
Betafree 5 ml contains brinzolamide 1% and brimonidine 0.2%, medicines that help lower pressure inside the eye. It is prescribed for glaucoma and ocular hypertension to help protect the optic nerve. Use only as directed by your eye doctor, and shake the bottle if instructed on the label. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or other surfaces.

How to use
Wash your hands, apply the number of drops advised into the affected eye without touching the dropper tip to the eye, and use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Common side effects
- Temporary eye irritation, stinging or burning
- Blurred vision for a short time
- Redness or watering of the eye
- Talk to your doctor if side effects continue or get worse
