About this medication
Cobra 120 is marketed as a tablet containing sildenafil citrate, used to treat erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation; it does not increase sexual desire. At 120 mg, it exceeds the usual maximum recommended sildenafil dose of 100 mg—don’t take it unless a clinician specifically prescribes it. Avoid nitrates, and seek urgent care for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting over four hours.
