About this medication
Fildena 120 mg is marketed as a sildenafil citrate tablet for erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil can improve blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. 120 mg is above the usual maximum recommended dose of 100 mg for erectile dysfunction; don’t take it unless a clinician specifically prescribes it. Avoid nitrate medicines, which can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure when combined with sildenafil.
