The recommended dosage for eye infections is 1 to 2 drops instilled into the affected eye(s) every 2 hours for the first 2 days, followed by 1 to 2 drops every 4 hours for the next 2 to 3 days, or as directed by the ophthalmologist. For ear infections, 2 to 3 drops are instilled into the affected ear 2 to 3 times daily.
