Restasis Eye Drops is a sterile ophthalmic emulsion available in a pack of 30 single-dose vials (0.4 mL each). Each vial contains Cyclosporine 0.05% w/v as the active ingredient.

How to use
The recommended dosage is 1 drop instilled into each affected eye twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart. The single-dose vials are preservative-free, eliminating the risk of preservative-related ocular surface toxicity. The vial should be opened immediately before use, the drop instilled, and the vial discarded.
Common side effects
- Eye irritation
- Burning
- Stinging
- A foreign body sensation at the site of instillation
- Occurring in approximately 20 to 30% of patients
