About this medication
Saheli 30 mg contains centchroman (ormeloxifene), a once-weekly oral contraceptive. It is not an emergency contraceptive. Follow the prescribed starting and ongoing schedule, and ask a clinician or pharmacist about backup contraception when starting it. Menstrual periods may become delayed or irregular.
