About this medication
Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops is a sterile ophthalmic solution available in a 4 ml (0.14 FL OZ) bottle. Each ml of the solution contains Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4% w/v and Propylene Glycol 0.3% w/v as the active ingredients, along with Hydroxypropyl Guar, Sorbitol, Aminomethylpropanol, Boric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, and Purified Water as inactive components, with POLYQUAD (Polyquaternium-1) 0.001% as a preservative.

How to use
The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 drops instilled into the affected eye(s) as often as needed throughout the day, or as directed by an ophthalmologist. The drops can be used multiple times daily depending on the severity of symptoms and individual comfort needs. There is no strict limitation on the number of applications per day, and the frequency can be adjusted based on the degree of dryness experienced.
